Rental Terms

Moorside Business Park, Colchester, Essex, CO1 2ZF.

Leases will be fully repairing over 7 years with 3 yearly
reviews and a break clause at 3 years with rent commencing at
£7000.00 (1000sq/ft unit) per annum exclusive.

A deposit of £ 1500.00 is required on signing of the lease.

The rent does not include buildings insurance, service charges
or local authority rates. These are approximately as follows:

• Local Authority Rateable value £5200 approx
£1350 per annum payable including small business rate relief.
